Estamundo is a closed network of licence-verified brokers. You hand a client to a colleague you can trust in the client’s destination, agree your share in advance and see the deal through to the payout.

    You know the client, the budget and the timeline. What you don’t have is a colleague you trust in Dubai.

    Send them to a licensed partner in Dubai.

    Choose a broker whose licence has been checked, describe the request and set your share before anything is sent. The partner has a fixed window to answer.

  3. 03The match

    The right partner, with the reasons shown.

    The partner sees the request scored from 0 to 100 against their own profile. Here it is 99, and every line says why it fits.

  4. 04The consent

    The client says yes, then contacts open.

    The partner accepts and the client gives consent. Only then are contact details shared. The share and the protection period are locked in an append-only record.

  5. 05The payout

    Deal closed. Your share, line by line.

    The partner confirms the sale and uploads the contract. Deal price, commission, your share and the amount you receive are itemised, and the payout is tracked to the end. If you disagree, an arbiter reviews the case.

Who is Estamundo for?

For licensed real estate brokers and agencies who work with international or luxury clients and want a trusted partner in the client’s destination — and who want to be that partner for others.

How does a referral work, and who pays whom?

You agree your share up front and send the referral to a partner. When the partner closes the deal, your share is invoiced to the partner and the payout is tracked. A protection period keeps the client linked to you after the handover.

Can I actually receive money through the platform yet?

Not yet automatically. In the private beta the payout is recorded in the app and confirmed with a bank transfer and a receipt; automated payments are planned.

What happens to my client’s data?

A partner sees the client’s contact details only after the client consents. Duplicate checks flag a client who is already known to the partner, and a listing’s exact address is visible to its owner alone.

What if my partner and I disagree about a deal?

Either side can open a dispute within the dispute window. An arbiter reviews the evidence and the conversation and decides; one appeal is allowed.

How do I join, and what does it cost?

Access is by request during the private beta. We verify your licence for your country first. The first 1,000 verified brokers join Club 1000 and pay no platform fee on their share for 12 months; pricing for everyone else will be announced before the public launch.
