Privacy note
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This note explains what happens to the details you send through the request-access form on estamundo.com. It covers the website only; the Estamundo app has its own terms.
What we collect
The form asks for your name, an email address or phone number, your country and city, and — if you choose to add them — your agency and licence number. We also receive the technical data your browser sends with any request (such as IP address) and the result of the Cloudflare Turnstile security check.
Why we collect it
Only to review your request for access to the private beta, to verify that you are a licensed broker, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your details and do not use them for unrelated advertising.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Requests are stored in Cloudflare’s infrastructure, and a short notification is sent to the Estamundo team’s private Telegram chat. Only the people who review requests have access. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated abuse and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
Analytics and cookies
If you allow it in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrika to understand how the site is used. They run only after your consent and can be switched off at any time. See the cookie policy for the exact cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to handle your request and for the period we need to keep a record of it. If your request is declined or you withdraw it, we delete your details on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected].
